Reception answers the phone during clinic hours. Outside those hours, WhatsApp is read at the start of the next session — it is not monitored overnight.

The doctor may be in theatre or at a delivery; reception will tell you before you travel. Emergencies are attended outside these hours by telephone.

- Landmark. On Manjeera Pipeline Road, in HUDA Colony — the turning is opposite the colony park, two minutes from the Chanda Nagar main road.
- By car. Parking for four vehicles in front of the building; street parking on the far side of the road at busy hours.
- By bus or auto. Ask for Chanda Nagar HUDA Colony; the clinic is a short walk from the bus stop on the pipeline road.
- By rail. Lingampally MMTS station is the nearest, about ten minutes by auto.
- Access. Reception, consulting and the scan room are on one floor, so the whole visit happens without stairs.
